Great response! Women and children were left speachless and men humbled stared at their shoes. I think that as a performer who for many years lived in the traditional classical world of music and then found the real and immediate effect of live performance when done on street. If I did not emotionally blow everyone away I was not going to feed my family. My art has the same effect. In your face with love, violence, romance, heroism and ecstasy.

Yahoo! I was the opener for the huge Alzheimer’s Benefit-”Keep Memory Alive”. The Canadian Michael Buble was the headliner(I just say that……out of humble generosity of course) I just sent Drops of Jupiter to the Producer to work out the routine with my Ballerinas and they did a fantastic job. An extraordinary party

every one was there, Wolfgang, Emeril, Maria Shriver, Frank Gehry, and of course me!

Marston’s Live show along with the Battle of the Bands, Lover’s COve, Bourbon Street, Club Carnivale of Freaks, and thousands of masked wild screaming party animals, and society sophisticates(I guess I made that last part up)Ticketmaster or 714 241-9055 for more information. No entrance without mask or costume!…..Well not really but I want you to be part of the happening. The update is that I perform 7-10pm…..so I think we are going to try a grand entrance with the Dragon Knights(stilt performers riding creatures) and then I would play a long set, take a break and then do the last set with the Dragons again for the parade exit. A fantastic concert with Native Americans from South and North Americas. I took my daughter Hallie in order to sell cd’s and felt odd that we were the only blonds(mine is mostly out of the bottle and I have no idea about Hallie’s) My grandmother was raised and schooled at the Cherokee Seminary for Women on the reservation in Oklahoma Territory. She would tell me stories about my Great Great Great Grandfather, Chief Bushy Hair! I am so glad he was bushy! My show was a hit and what a relief. I used a rear screen projection system and had great battle scenes going as I performed. I entered playing from the back of the auditorium in my armor and it was dramatic. As it was, it was quite the eclectic show with performance as diverse as acient Aztec and Reservation Blues.

What a beautiful setting. I dress as a Highlander and play a lot of Celtic. A important reminder—Ladies who drink to much wine love to take a peek under a man’s kilt. I do get tired of explaining what I have under my kilt!

Always a blast performing with John and hanging with Lisa. The fun is traveling with these celebrities and discovering how gracious they can be with the public….even when exhausted from the RedEye LA to Philly. Our album Peace of Our Minds did a #13 on Billboard!!!!
